Come in for an hour-long session with our founder and head trainer, Alex. You can expect lots of questions and answers, a comprehensive movement screen, and a light first training session so you can experience how we train.
Give us a try

Your first month of training is on us. There’s no hard sell. Continue only if you love it and see progress.
Show up weekly

We’ll worry about all the details so you can focus on just showing up consistently. We’ll take care of everything from exercise selection to weight selection and managing all progressions and regressions. The only thing we can’t do for you is the actual training.
ABOUT THE MOVEMENT LAB
We built our personal training system to overcome the same challenges you’re facing: how to avoid injury, feel physically capable, and see sustained strength training progress. We’ve combined the best of movement biomechanics and physical therapy (Postural Restoration Institute) with the best of strength training (StrongFirst). Plus, we’ve layered in what has worked best for us and our clients over the years.
