Are Grains the Devil? (No, probably not)

I’ll admit it: I goofed.  When it came to grains and .

Do some people have a sensitivity to gluten?  Yes.  Do people have sensitivities to terrible foods, which just happen to also include gluten?  Yes to that too.

When you look at the overwhelming body of evidence with grains we know they tend to do a few things for us:

-Whole grains and grain fiber is associated with lower body weights

-Whole grain intake helps reduce cardiovascular disease risk

-Consumption of whole grains is associated with a lower risk of Type 2 diabetes
