Alex is a certified StrongFirst Elite instructor. With 11 years of full-time experience, he's worked with a wide range of clients. Alex's main hobby is strength. He is a Beast Tamer and competes regularly in the Tactical Strength Challenge, finishing 2nd worldwide in 2020.

Jake Orndorff

Jake is a StrongFirst certified instructor who earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Shepherd University and a Master’s degree from Logan University in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. He holds several leading industry certifications and is committed to hunting down the best way to help people live healthier lives.

Kleanza Cathers

Personal Trainer

Kleanza is a StrongFirst certified instructor who graduated from Barton College with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Health and Wellness. A collegiate swimmer, she was the first woman at Barton College to qualify for the Division II National Championships.

Greg Smith

Co-Founder

Greg is a certified SFG Level I StrongFirst coach at the The Movement Lab. Originally from Texas, Greg graduated from Wake Forest University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
