Heart rate variability is a great marker for measuring well-being, so I recently started tracking HRV using various apps like SweetBeat. Switching from 6 days a week of HIIT to 2 days of heavy lifting made a world of difference. Lots of slow, low-intensity walking is helping too. In addition to exercise, meditation is really powerful in influencing HRV. Just a few minutes a day with apps like Headspace or Calm has been super beneficial.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
